Our Billing Policy
Eye tests start from $75. We are a private billing practice, you can claim from your health fund on the spot with HICAPS, and we accept Zip Pay.
Extra tests
from$80
Such as axial length measurement or corneal topography.
Contact lens fitting
Not covered by Medicare
For routine prescriptions. Ask us for the fee when you book.
How You Can Pay
Medicare
We are a private billing practice and no longer routinely bulk bill. Eligible patients can still claim a Medicare rebate on their eye test.
Health Funds
We have HICAPS, so you can claim from your fund on the spot.
Like GP clinics and other allied health practices, we charge a gap fee, the part of our fee that Medicare does not cover, to keep up with rising costs.
